For agencies and consultancies

White-label FinTech and AI delivery, under your brand

Senior technical leadership for engagements you have already won. Your client relationship, your margin, your name on the deliverable. We have spent most of the past four years delivering inside other firms’ client relationships, which is a different discipline from selling our own.

When agencies call us

Subcontracting is rarely planned. It is usually a delivery event with a date attached.

You won work that needs depth you do not have in house

A payments integration, a compliance programme, or an AI platform sits inside a scope you have already sold. You need a senior specialist who can hold that workstream from day one, without a hiring cycle.

A senior person left mid-engagement

An architect or lead has gone and the client cannot be told delivery is paused. Fast onboarding into an existing codebase and an existing client relationship is the whole requirement.

A client is asking for AI you do not build yet

Knowledge graphs, agentic systems, retrieval over messy internal data, models that have to survive a risk review. Adjacent to what your team does, far enough from it that guessing is expensive.

You need a named senior architect in a bid

A proposal or framework response needs a credible technical lead with regulated-finance history. We will sit in the bid, join the pitch, and deliver what the bid promised.

Two things we are actually specialist in

Both carry regulatory weight, which is usually why the work arrives at a specialist rather than at a generalist team.

Payments and regulated FinTech

Payment systems architecture across cards, ACH, wires and instant rails. Core and banking platform integration. Sponsor bank and BaaS readiness. PCI DSS and SOC 2 programmes. Reconciliation and ledger design. Technical due diligence for investment or acquisition.

AI and data delivery

Knowledge graphs and entity resolution over internal data. Agentic and multi-model systems that have to run in production rather than in a demo. Machine learning that survives model risk review and examination. AI governance positions for regulated institutions.

How the commercial side works

The questions a principal asks in the first 10 minutes, answered before the call.

The client relationshipStays yours. We do not contact your client outside the agreed channel, during the engagement or after it.
Who they seeYour brand, your domain, your Slack, your standups. We can appear as part of your team where that is what you need.
How we billWe invoice you, not your client. Wholesale day rate or a fixed fee per scoped deliverable. You set the margin you charge on top.
PublicityNo logo use, no case study, no named reference to your client without your written permission. Our own site follows the same rule for you.
Who does the workOne senior principal, named in the proposal. We do not subcontract delivery onward and we do not substitute a junior after the pitch.
PaperworkNDA and non-solicitation as standard. We will work under your MSA and your client contract terms rather than asking you to adopt ours.

Three shapes that work

Embedded technical lead

We join your engagement as technical lead, architect or fractional CTO for a defined period. Typically two to four days per week.

Fixed-fee sprints you resell

Architecture review, PCI DSS or SOC 2 readiness assessment, technical due diligence, AI readiness review. Fixed scope, fixed fee, white-label deliverable you present as your own.

Specialist overflow

Senior capacity for a specific deal or a specific month. Retainer or project based, with a short onboarding.

Key-person risk, stated plainly

One principal means one point of failure, and no amount of process removes that. What we can offer instead of a bench: a stated notice period on both sides, written handover documentation maintained during the engagement rather than at the end of it, and an honest answer about current commitments before you put a name in a bid. If a client needs guaranteed cover through illness or holiday, say so during scoping and we will tell you whether this arrangement fits.

Start with something bounded

Before anything client-critical, take a paid piece of work with written acceptance criteria: an architecture review, a readiness assessment, or a due diligence report. It is the cheapest way for you to find out whether the deliverable is the standard your client expects, and it is how our longest partnership started.

Procurement readiness

  • Contracting entities in Ontario, Canada and in Ireland, so work can be papered on either side of the Atlantic
  • A Canadian-resident contracting party where supplier nationality or jurisdiction is a requirement, which is a separate question from where the data itself sits
  • Confidentiality, IP assignment and non-solicitation terms as standard
  • References, a named biography for bid documents, and current insurance status on request
  • Working overlap with North America, the United Kingdom and Ireland
  • One principal on the work, named in the proposal, for the duration

Frequently asked

Will you approach our client directly?

No, and the agreement says so before any introduction happens. Non-solicitation is standard in our partner terms, it survives the engagement, and it covers the client and their staff. Our commercial interest is in being the person you call for the next five engagements, which a single poached client would end.

Who actually shows up?

One senior principal with 15 years of technology leadership, named in the proposal, doing the work. There is no bench behind us and we do not pretend otherwise. If a scope genuinely needs three engineers, we will tell you that during the scoping call rather than after you have sold it.

Will you sign our MSA and our client’s terms?

Yes, in the normal case. We contract through an Ontario or an Irish entity, we carry the usual confidentiality and IP assignment terms, and we will review a client MSA without asking you to renegotiate it. Where a term is genuinely unworkable, such as unlimited liability on a fixed-fee review, we will say which clause and propose an alternative.

Can we name you in a bid before we win it?

Yes. We will provide a named biography, relevant project history, and availability for the bid period, and we will join the pitch if that helps. We ask for a short written note on exclusivity, so that we are not staffed against two competing bids for the same client at the same time.

What does it cost, and how is the margin structured?

A wholesale day rate for embedded work, or a fixed fee per deliverable for the packaged reviews. You add your margin and bill your client whatever the relationship supports. We do not publish the wholesale rate here because it moves with commitment length and notice period, and we will give you a firm number on the first call rather than a range.

How fast can a first engagement start?

A scoped assessment can usually start within a week or two. A full embedded role depends on current commitments, which we will state honestly rather than promising availability we do not have. The first step is small on purpose.

What is the right way to test us?

A bounded paid piece of work with written acceptance criteria, before anything client-critical. An architecture review, a readiness assessment, or a due diligence report. You see the deliverable, the client sees your brand, and nobody has bet a relationship on an untested supplier.

Where are you, and which time zones do you cover?

Toronto, with an Irish entity for European work. Normal working overlap with North America and with the United Kingdom and Ireland. Most delivery is remote, and we will travel for a pitch or a workshop where it changes the outcome.

When are you the wrong supplier?

When you need a pod rather than a principal, when the work is mostly junior implementation, when it is design or front-end craft, or when the value is volume rather than judgment. In those cases a development shop is the better fit, and we would rather say so now than three weeks in.

Have a client need you would rather not turn down?

30 minutes to assess fit. If the work is not ours, we will say so on the call, and where we can we will point you at someone whose work it is.
